She always answered my unending questions and never made me feel dumb, even if I asked the same thing multiple times. Brenda is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and I never doubted her. There were several times when she went the extra mile and really took care of us. She got to know our specific needs and made sure to help us find a home that we will love for years to come. At the time we were not actively looking, but knew that sometime within the year we would start. It was then that Brenda reached out to us and our business relationship began. From the very beginning Brenda was kind and sought to guide us with thoughtful and engaging conversation of the home buying process and things we could expect as we moved forward. Any questions or concerns we had, regardless of the time of day, she was always quick to respond and ready to help. With each property inquiry or tour request made she took note of things we liked, disliked, that were "must haves" or "deal breakers", and frequently pointed out things that us first time home buyers wouldn't have otherwise noticed or thought of. We could tell that she had genuine interest to make sure any home we would prospectively offer on was well maintained, and when not ideal, would identify areas that needed work and any signs of potential problems for the future. If concerns arose that she wasn't already informed on herself, she had recommendations of who to contact at the ready. Even when asked to tour a property that may have been slightly out of our reach or didn't fit with the descriptions we gave her she would wisely voice concerns, but always allowed us the choice to see it. There were multiple occasions where she cancelled or reorganized her own personal plans to cater to our schedules so she could walk and talk through listings together as a team. The one instance we could not see a listing together she arranged for one of her trusted colleagues to take her place so we could still accommodate our schedule. We submitted three offers in total in our time working with Brenda and with each one she kept us informed of any and all feedback with great haste. It was evident that Brenda's reputation was highly regarded when our very first offer was nearly accepted because the listing agent had worked with Brenda on previous sales and delighted at the thought of doing so again. Brenda combines the professional and knowledgeable experience you seek in a real estate agent with all the best qualities of a near and dear family member. We felt right from the beginning that she was a wonderful fit to help us find our first home.

She was very responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We got regular updates on available homes meeting our criteria and were able to tweak the list as needed. She was very knowledgeable of the market and we trusted her guidance.

Based on my experience, she is responsible and professional about her job, easy to reach and pretty responsive, also she was very knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions. I definitely would recommend her for the service.

We work weird hours, so she was very accommodating to that and was able to help us see houses/put in offers even if it was later in the day. This was our first time buying a home, so she was able to walk us through the process and answer any questions we had. She was also very honest during the process. There were several homes that we saw that she recommended we don't make an offer for, for several reasons. She really looked out for us to make sure we got a home that we love, which we did. She is super knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. We would recommend anyone looking for a Realtor to go with Brenda!
